
Here's what you’ll need...
| 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 cups ground flax seed 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 3/4 tsp nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 cups milk 1 egg |
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix all ingredients, stir until well mixed. 3. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray or use pan liners. Fill with batter until 3/4 full. 4. Bake at 350°F for approx. 25-30 minutes. |
